The Trophys


The National Mod was in Glasgow in 2019

We came 1st in the "Grampian TV Trophy" for Rural Ladies choirs.
We came first in the "Angus MacTavish Memorial Trophy" for the highest Gaelic marks.
We came 1st in the "Rotary Club of Blairgowrie Trophy" for the highest Music marks.
Elizabeth won the "Rod MacKenzie Sgir a Bhac Memorial Baton" for being the Conductor of the winning Ladies choir.

The Mixed choir won the "John Lockie Trophy" for the highest aggregate Gaelic marks.
We won the Hugh MacCowan Trophy - awarded to the Resident Argyll choir gaining the highest mark in Competitions A 300-308

Janet Campbell won the "Kennedy Fraser Cup" and the "Johanna Fortune Memorial Trophy".
Janet MacDonald won the "Glasgow Skye Association Gold Medal" as she was the aggregate winner of the poem and prose competitions.
Donna came 2nd in the "Mull & Iona Competition".
Donna & Natalie came 3rd in the "Senior Duet" (Mull Local Mod Prize).
Carol came 3rd in the "Song by a Lorn Bard" Competition.
Donna, Natalie & Carol also sing with the "Atomaig Piseag Area Ladies choir" who came 1st in their competition.
Janet Campbell also sings with the "Glasgow Islay Ladies choir" who came 2nd in their competition.
Nigel also sings with "Coisir Ceann an Tuirc" Senior Male Voice Choirs who came 1st in their competition.
